ShoreTel has released software general release 13.2 adding to the feature set of ShoreTel 13.
ShoreTel 13.2 feature Enhancements
Platform Communicator for Windows now supports:

- Windows 8 Pro/Enterprise, 64-bit, SP1
- Communicator for Mac OS support:
- OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion)
VMware Support:
– VMware 5.1 is now supported for HQ and DVS servers
Country support:
– Vietnam is now supported when adding a new Site
ShoreTel IP-530 Phone
- No longer flagged as unsupported during installation/upgrade
Communicator New WebRTC (Google/GIPS) softphone voice engine:
Enhancements
- Communicator for Windows (replaces legacy SoftPhone engine)
- Communicator for Mac – NEW! – Adds IP softphone for Mac clients with Professional Access License
- Improved codec support (G.711, G.729, G.722)
- Improved voice quality on “lossy” IP networks
- Improved Jitter Buffer
- Requires Professional Access License
Communicator for Web now supports:
- MS Internet Explorer v. 10 (Windows)
- Safari 6 (Mac)
- Instant Messaging “toaster pop-up” notification changes (Communicator for Windows)
- If using OCS/Lync for IM server and Enhanced Mobility is enabled, the pop-up changes from a “Message preview” to a “New conversation” notice.
This improved support when using multiple IM clients (e.g. ShoreTel Mobility)
- Security New “Voicemail Callback” Class of Service added
Enhancements (Also added in 12.3 GA7)
- SoftPhone Communicator Toolbar “dial” actions are now functional when using Enhancements the SoftPhone (Dial, Barge, Pickup, etc.)
- TAPI-based third party apps can now initiate calls when using softphone
