A Testimonial from Bakersfield Heart Hospital

For several years, our hospital needed to transition away from a very old Nortel analog phone system.  The system had been installed in 1998, and even when new embodied older technology.  Last year we finally decided to tackle the project, which to me represented a huge complex undertaking.  I knew we needed a vendor partner who was not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also provided responsive local support.

While it was necessary to obtain proposals from multiple vendors, it soon became clear my comfort level was high with the team from Global CTI.  They respectfully guided me through my options in the clear detail I needed to convey project scope and costs to hospital administration.

While no project of this scope is easy to plan and implement, the Global CTI project management and support team capably facilitated the transition of services from our old telecom platform to a new IP system.  Our installation included over 200 IP phones and 150+ analog lines (fax machines and patient rooms), across three campus buildings.

Our post-installation experience with support/service has also been very positive.  I would recommend Global CTI to any organization that requires modern technology and values locally based services and support.
