Global CTI recognized by ShoreTel for 99.5% Customer Satisfaction rate

Bakersfield, Calif. – October 26, 2011 – Global CTI Group, a 2011 inductee into the ShoreTel Circle of Excellence and a leader in business communications solutions, received a letter of recognition from ShoreTel’s Customer Care division detailing the achievement of a 99.5 percent Customer Satisfaction rate for the reporting period of July 1,2010 through June 30, 2011.
