IMPORTANT: Older servers and clients can be upgraded to ShoreTel 12.2 only if they are first upgraded to ShoreTel 10, 10.1, 10.2, 11, or 12.
When attempting to upgrade to 12.2 and it almost completes, then rolls back and uninstalls software.
Verify that all required roles for your Operating System are installed and all ShoreTel services are started.
