24x7 Help Desk Response Times

Whether an organization does business in a brick-and-mortar facility, has multiple locations,  or operates as a remote workforce (or any combination in between) Global CTI operates around the clock, delivering exceptional customer service 365 days a year. Our California-based manned support desk delivers remote assistance 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday (except Holidays), and delivers on-call support off hours and holidays.

For average service ticket requests during normal business hours, Global CTI resolves most issues remotely in under 10 minutes. Priority is given to customers experiencing Critical, then High, then Medium issues, determined by the number of users impacted.

For emergencies, on-call personnel return calls within 1 hour or less of receiving a message. The team also provides dispatch support for service during non-business hours including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support personnel for escalation of issues that may demand an on-site technician.
